Job Title: Full-Time / Part-Time Photographers
1. Job Summary: This position requires photography
knowledge and overall understanding of the camera. Computer skills
and Internet knowledge are also required. The job requires the
individual to be self-motivated with the ability to following strict
photography guidelines. All applicants need to be excellent in
communication with a strong work ethic and customer service
understanding.
2. Description of Primary Job Duties:
Photographers are responsible for shooting their home routes on a weekly
basis. Each photographer is given a specific route sheet and shot
guidelines that he or she needs to capture in photo images. Those
images need to be uploaded and sent via the Internet by the
photographer. Photographer is required to keep accurate detail of
shot records.

4. Education, experience, skills required: This is
a trainable position at entry level. Photography experience is a
plus. Understanding of the computer is a requirement.
Knowledge of home construction is desired. High School Diploma
required. The following items are also required:

Windows based computer running Windows XP or Vista

Microsoft Word and Excel for creating required documentation

High speed Internet connection for photo transfer

5. Working Conditions: (physical demands,
environment, hazards).
All photographers are working outdoors in all seasons of the year.
Each photographer will be shooting on construction sites with
construction-related tasks happening around them. Photographers
are required to walk long distances and climb stairs when needed.
